not serve you, Her, and All Relations. Let her extract the
poisons of abuse and an urban world gone mad. Let her
extract your madness and unreasonable belief systems.
Let her extract your old dead heart and stay this way until
your Medicine Wheel stops spinning.

Now roll over onto your back and look deeply into the
Sky Nation and you will see a vision. I cannot tell you
what your vision will be as each person who accomplishes
this 'advanced Primordial Medicine initiation' will have
a unique vision. If you do not have a vision than you will
want to come back, for as long as it takes, and repeat the

The Medicine Alchemy of the Bird Tribes, the Winged Ones,
is of the heart and the senses soaring to new heights. The
Winged Ones when they see people below them as they are
flying know that humans suffer from the loss of their wings.
It is of great consequence that humans have forgotten or
don't take the time to witness the Bird Tribes among them
and communicate telepathically with each individual
Winged One they come into contact with. This would
change the individuals ordinary brain usage into extra-
ordinary brain power and everyone would benefit.

2. On a warm day go into the woods where you know you
will be alone and find a Great GrandMother and/or Great
GrandFather Standing Person (Tree) to sit under with your
back to her/him. Bring a blanket, that is and/or will be your
Medicine Blanket from then on. Lay your Medicine Blanket
on the ground under the Great GrandParent Elder Standing
Person. Offer handfulls of tobacco to the Elders of the
Standing Person and smudge yourself with copious amounts
of Sage Smoke.

When you have completed the above sit on your Medicine
Blanket (with your Medicine Tools) and begin to sing a
Purification Medicine Song. This will focus your senses,
cleanse your brain/mind of thinking, and begin the process
of shifting you into altered states of consciousness. You may
want to drum on your Sacred Medicine Drum while you are
singing the Medicine Purification Song so you will go deeper
into a Primordial Altered State.

Make sure you are facing the East when you sit down on your
Medicine Blanket. Make sure also that you can see the Sky
Nation from your seated position. Sing and drum until you
feel yourself shifted into a Primordial State of Being and then
sing and drum yourself even deeper into this State of
Medicine Being. Listen to your HeartElderCues and look up
into the Sky Nation when directed to do so. There will be a
time when you look up into the Sky Nation (if you have been
successful with your Medicine Purification Song & Drum-
ming) that you will see a Great Bird flying towards you. It
will fly closer and closer and closer so you will probably
begin to be afraid. Do not move, do not blink, do not scream,
just stay focused on the Great Bird flying towards you. Keep
your eyes on her as she lands directly in front of you as she
shape shifts into Great GrandMother Rachel Red Hawk.

She will demand to know why you have called her from the
Spirit Realm Sky Nation and you must quickly answer so
she would teach you how to make a Hawk Medicine Bundle.
She will ask you what you will be using this Hawk Medicine
Bundle for and you must quickly, without hesitation, tell
her precisely how you need to enhance and deepen your
visionary mind powers in order to be of service to All
Relations. If you speak in just the right tone, with just the
right words, with just the right heart truth, she will grant
your request. If you have not been able to carry it off
then she will laugh and shape shift back into Hawk and fly
away.

If you have pulled it off and she stays to teach you how to

Urban people are taught to underestimate the value of what
the Four Leggeds have to teach the Two Leggeds. Rather
than interconnect with the Animal Kingdom through
heartmind people view Four Leggeds as inferior to them-
selves, a truly great mistake.

Here we will receive advice from Great GrandMother
Antelope and your task is to see if you can supersede
your urban headset and rise to the intricate shaman
teaching techniques of Antelope.

1. Mental agility and developing depth of perceptual
altered states of consciousness so you may advance your
internal processing power is Great GrandMother Antelope's
teaching gift. In order to receive her guidance you will need
to go into a forest where you will not run into other people.
Draw a circle to represent your Medicine Wheel/Mandala.
Place a Stone Person in each of the Four Directions and sit

Sing until you feel your body become heavy, sing until
your thinking mind gives up and shuts down, sing until
your throat is aching and dry as dust. When you are in
this extraordinary physical state look into the West and
if you have been successful you will see Great Grand-
Mother Antelope heading towards you and your Great
GrandParents.

They will welcome her into the Sacred Medicine Circle in
the Traditional Way and she will walk over and sit facing
you. To her left she will magically create a fire and to her
right will appear a young Antelope with a sage face. This
one will walk over to you and sit in your lap. Let her and
begin to rub your left hand over her furred head and back.
Look into Great GrandMother Antelope's eyes 'deeply' (this
will take much bravery) and she will begin to work inside
your brain & mind with her masterful Shamanic & Mystic
Medicines.

Stay with her like this until she closes her eyes and stands.
She will turn away from you, face the West, and as she is
walking out of the Medicine Wheel your Great Grand-
Parents will sing to her the Great Medicine Antelope Song
of Thanksgiving.

You need to ly back now staying in the Center of your
Medicine Wheel and rest for at least thirty minutes. The
only thing you may do is sing low and slow but otherwise,
no thinking, no doing, just being.
